Adrian Everett is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the SAP industry. His roles have spanned from consultant to executive management, showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of the field. Adrian began his career in SAP HR/PY support before transitioning into business development, recruitment, and eventually executive leadership and management roles.
As the Managing Director of Everjoy Consulting for 10 years, Adrian laid the foundation for his current venture, BT People. This organization focuses on providing recruitment solutions to clients, ensuring the highest quality delivery of resources for their business transformation projects.
Adrian’s expertise extends beyond SAP, as he has successfully developed capabilities across various SaaS and Digital Transformation platforms. His keen understanding of business outcomes enables him to recommend the best talent solutions for each unique project.
In addition to his role at BT People, Adrian spearheads the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. He established the SAP Ecosystem Foundation (SAPEF) in 2011 and, as its Chairman, has played a crucial role in raising over $250,000 for Redkite, a charity supporting families of children and young people affected by cancer.
Furthermore, Adrian founded Inside SAP Magazine, the first B2B publication for the SAP industry in the Asia Pacific region, now published by Flapjack Media Pty Ltd.
